Mercy Corps is known for our integrity and the respect with which we treat one another and our partners. Each person’s behavior affects our credibility and influences our ability to fulfill our mission.
Mercy Corps has created an e-learning course on the Code of Conduct. The purpose of this e-learning is set behavioral expectations so that they are clear to all team members. These are standards that contribute to Mercy Corps’ positive presence in every country we work in.
All Mercy Corps staff must take this course before 18 October 2013. Please find the link below to access the Code of Conduct course: http://elearn.mercycorps.org/home/
